My studio was created to be a calm, elevated space where you can unwind and enjoy a personalized experience. Every appointment is tailored to your lifestyle and hair goal. CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION POLICY 1. Each appointment accrues a cost in preparation for the services booked. Studio Lauren Ashley must charge a cancellation or no-show fee to cover the minimum expenses accrued for a missed or late-canceled appointment. 2. If you cancel OR RESCHEDULE your appointment less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time, Studio Lauren Ashley will charge a fee of 20% of the cost of the service(s) booked to your card on file. 3. If you miss your appointment without canceling prior to your scheduled appointment time (no-call, no-show), Studio Lauren Ashley will charge a fee of 50% of the cost of the service(s) booked to your card on file. 4. If you accrue a late, cancellation, or no-show fee, the fee must be paid in order to book another appointment at Studio Lauren Ashley. 5. Studio Lauren Ashley does not offer refunds for services. If you are dissatisfied with the results of your service, you can reach out to Studio Lauren Ashley (Lauren) directly within one week of your appointment, and may be offered one complimentary “re-do” service. 6. Studio Lauren Ashley desires to provide you with the services you want. However, Studio Lauren Ashley top priority is the health and integrity of your hair and body. If necessary, you may be offered alternative services that will maintain the health and integrity of your hair and body. 7. Your color and/or chemical service is guaranteed only if you follow aftercare instructions provided by Studio Lauren Ashley (Lauren). The longevity of your color and/or chemical service may be compromised by using products other than those recommended by Studio Lauren Ashley or by exposing your hair to certain elements/activities Studio Lauren Ashley advises against.
